Warranty Terms for TheOtherBike

1. Duration: The warranty period for this electric bike is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.  Purchase date must be verified with proof of purchase and is non-transferable.

2. Coverage: This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship of parts under normal use and maintenance. It includes repairs or replacements necessary to correct any such defects.  

3. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or consumable parts such as tires, brakes, grips, sprockets or chains.

4. Warranty Service: To claim warranty service, the owner must present the original proof of purchase and notify the authorized dealer within the warranty period. The authorized dealer will assess the issue and determine if it falls under warranty coverage.

5. Repairs and Replacements: If a covered defect is identified, the manufacturer or authorized dealer will repair or replace the defective part or product free of charge. The decision to repair or replace will be at their discretion.

6. Limitations: This warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover any incidental or consequential damages or loss of use.

7. Maintenance Requirements: To maintain the warranty, regular maintenance as outlined in the owner's manual must be performed by an authorized service center. Failure to follow recommended maintenance may void the warranty.
