Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

    •    Change of mind
    •    Shipping delays outside our control

✅ Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, we will offer a free replacement or full refund.

📦 Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address during checkout, and the package is returned, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
